The ue was essentially the EU of thrones. The alliance was rough it got deleted due to instability.
The UE means "United Europe" France wanted a Europe united.
The UE Ultimately failed because everyone wanted a council to rule. But when a council was established, it was too late. One day after the establishment of the council, Napoleon deleted the discord.
